Our Fabulous Variety Show (OFVS) is excited to announce their Spring production of Alice Jr., an original work created by the OFVS directors and students in their performing arts classes. The production is a musical retelling of Alice in Wonderland with a modern twist. The show will feature student performers in grades 5 and under that are part of the OFVS winter trimester as well as all the OFVS teaching artists in a special guest routine. This trimester showcase performance includes scenes from our acting classes as well as dances from our jazz, tap, musical theatre, ballet and hip hop classes. Classic characters like Alice, the Tweedles, Cheshire Cat, March Hare and Mad Hatter will be re-invented and transformed as the students tell the story through song and dance in this family friendly original production.
The performances will take place at LTV Studios, 75 Industrial Road in Wainscott, on Friday, March 15th at 6 p.m. and Saturday, March 16th at 2 p.m. Tickets are $40 for VIP seating, $25 for adults, and $15 for students.
