Almond Restaurant has announced another themed takeout meal for Wednesdays, Cassoulet Wednesdays. Cassoulet meals must be ordered by Wednesdays at 11 a.m. and pick up will be between 5 – 6 p.m. at Almond. The menu changes weekly but sample dishes include: Duck Confit Cassoulet and Berkshire Pork Chop Cassoulet with add on sides such as deviled eggs, endive salad, sauteed greens and chocolate pot de crème for dessert.
