Explore Nature’s Wonders through the Artist’s Eye
Color blindness and color perception, sensory memories of the outdoors, the use of found objects in art—these are just some of the themes The Nature Conservancy in New York invites you to explore in an upcoming series of artists’ workshops at our Andy Warhol Preserve, in Montauk. The preserve is a special place that is not normally accessible to the public. It is home to rare animals and native plants and serves as an important feeding stopover on the Atlantic coast for migrating birds. The five workshops, which will be held outdoors on the preserve, will be led by artists participating in the Conservancy’s annual Andy Warhol Visual Arts Program.
For more information and to sign up please email: m.jimenez@tnc.org
“Directions and COVID-19 protocols will be sent to participants in advance of their workshops.”
We look forward to seeing what nature inspires you to create.
