This unique workshop combines art and meditation for a relaxing and immersive experience at the Studio. This is a stress-free, judgement-free creative space in which we will use a variety of spontaneous drawing techniques, body relaxation, aromatherapy, and guided imagery meditations that anyone can enjoy. No previous drawing or meditation experience necessary.
Participants are encouraged bring floor cushions and/or yoga mats from home
