Deborah Rivel and Kellye Rosenheim, authors of Birdwatching in New York City and on Long Island, will present the basics of birdwatching for beginners. Learn to identify species common to Long Island and about places for birdwatching on Long Island and New York City.
The presentation will be followed by a book signing and a walk around the library grounds to observe and identify local birds.
