On Sunday May 12 from 5pm - 9:30pm, locals and travelers alike can indulge in a specialty 3-course prix-fixe menu crafted by Chef Alex Bujoreanu at R.AIRE in Hampton Bays with a welcome amuse bouche and glass of wine. Luis Manuel, the winemaker behind Bodegas Bagordi, will be in attendance to offer wine pairings for an additional fee, as well as share details about the company and its variety of products.
