Groundworks East Hampton and bodyART Training Studios are delighted to host a morning of incredible inspiration and healthy surprises as we embrace the outdoors and social distancing. We ask all participants to bring their own mats for safety and hygiene reasons. Please respect all mask advisories and guidelines. We will supply hand sanitizer, waivers, light beverage/snacks, and special goodies after class. So excited to have you join us as we celebrate movement that is pain-free and prevents injury, in a beautiful, lush, outdoor garden environment!
