Join Stony Brook Residency Program in Social Medicine & East End Food Institute for a special program to honor Black History Month. Special Guests Dr. Kelley Fanto Deetz and Chef Chris Scott will present a hybrid cooking demonstration highlighting how enslaved cooks helped invent American cuisine, followed by a tasting and time for audience questions.
