The series includes movies that are regarded by critics, film scholars and audiences as some of the most enduring, fascinating, influential and significant films ever made: Hitchcock's NOTORIOUS, STRANGERS ON A TRAIN, DIAL M FOR MURDER,REAR WINDOW, TO CATCH A THIEF, VERTIGO and NORTH BY NORTHWEST; Orson Welles' CITIZEN KANE, THE STRANGER; Sir Carol Reed's THE THIRD MAN; and Billy Wilder's DOUBLE INDEMNITY, SOME LIKE IT HOT, and THE APARTMENT.
