Carol and Jonathan warmly invite you to an afternoon matinee of classical music on November 23 at 2:00 pm in the recital room. The program will feature Mozart’s lieder, as well as the passionate “Queen of the Night” aria, and exciting works by Russian composers such as Paderewski, Rachmaninoff, and Bortkiewicz, alongside American composer John Carpenter. The recital will also highlight how these composers’ eras relate to the early history of Freetown and the East Hampton time period. Tickets are $15.00, with a portion of the proceeds being donated to the Southampton Cultural Center to support its preservation.
