East End Food Market in Riverhead is a project of East End Food Institute running Saturdays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm through April 30, 2022 at 139 Main Road in Riverhead. With over 40 local food vendors, live music, activities from local nonprofits, and a rotating list of wineries sponsored by Long Island Wine Country, the market is perfect for day trippers and area residents of the North and South Forks looking to enjoy the bounty of the East End.
Special offering on Saturday, February 26 include:
- Pop Up booths from 1760 Homestead Farm, Le Fusion, Lucky Lou’s Gourmet Rice Pudding, South Shore Mushrooms, Saint James Brewery, Muffin & James Doggy Bag Treats, and Rosie’s Country Bake Shop
- Wine tastings from Chronicle Wines, Lenz Winery, Macari Vineyards
- Local nonprofit Peconic Community School
- East End Arts MLK Portrait Project created by local high school students
