Limited registration is now open for the East End Hospice Golf Outing, which will take place on Tuesday, September 22. The 18-hole golf outing, held at the exclusive Sebonack Golf Club in Southampton, begins with a shotgun start at 11:00 a.m. Breakfast and registration open at 9:30 a.m. An awards cocktail reception will follow at 3:30 p.m.
Designed by Jack Nicklaus and Tom Doak, Sebonack Golf Club features panoramic views of Long Island’s Great Peconic Bay and Cold Spring Pond. The course ranked 39th on Golf Digest’s 2019-2020 list of top US golf courses.
Funds raised help East End Hospice deliver expert care, compassion and comfort to patients and families on the East End including caregiver and bereavement support services and end-of-life care planning workshops. Programs are offered free of charge to the public and are made possible because of charitable donations.

Registration fee is $1,250 per individual golfer or $5,000 per foursome which includes green fees and a golf cart, plus breakfast, course snacks and beverages and late afternoon cocktail and awards reception. Participation is limited to 72 golfers. Cocktail reception only tickets are $500.
