October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Each year, about 255,000 women and 2,700 men in the U.S. are diagnosed with breast cancer. The likelihood of a positive diagnosis increases with age. Lea Baer, MD, a Medical Oncologist who specializes in the treatment of breast cancer, will speak about the risk factors, warning signs, and treatment options that are available to patients diagnosed with breast cancer.
