ECI Fundraiser! 💚 ECI will host an Organic Farm-to-Table Fall Equinox Dinner on Wednesday, September 22nd, 2021, 6:30 PM 🍽 Dining will take place under a tent overlooking Shinnecock Bay, at the historic St. Joseph Villa, 81 Lynn Ave, Hampton Bays, NY.
Dinner Tickets: $50 per member 🥗 limited to 40 members
ECI will provide an organic, plant-based meal prepared by Chefs Robyn Henderson, Julie Jacobs, and Ellen Greaves. A full meal will include an appetizer, entree, and dessert. All herbs and vegetables will be sourced from local farms, including ECI’s Good Ground Heritage Garden.
A guest speaker will give a short eco-talk about growing food, wellness, and the ways we can address human-made impacts on our coastal ecosystems. Live entertainment will be provided by the Jawbone Hill Acoustic Trio 🎶

IMPORTANT: ECI is dedicated to adhering to health and safety standards, and providing safe and reliable access to nutritious foods necessary to a healthy community. All NYS Interim COVID-19 Guidance for Food Services and Low-Risk Outdoor Arts and Entertainment will be followed. All staff and guests will be required to wear a mask or cloth face-covering when when unable to maintain a safe distance from those not in their party.

ECI Membership is only $5 / month or $50 / year, and includes invitations to the Organic Farm-To-Table Dinners at the historic St. Joseph Villa, and gardening workshops at the Good Ground Heritage Garden. Organic food grown at our volunteer-staffed heritage garden is donated to the St. Rosalie's Community Food Pantry in Hampton Bays.
