This past year taught us all a harsh lesson about the fragility of the nation’s food system, and the resiliency we must build locally to handle a crisis like COVID-19.
East End Food Institute and the CUNY Urban Food Policy Institute have worked together over the last year to develop an overview of the East End food system from many perspectives. We have found that many stakeholders have shared goals, but often competing priorities.
