Alignment techniques for Standing Postures, Forward Bends, Backbends, Twists, Inversions, and Arm Balances. This workshop will explore the basic foundations of poses by breaking them down into their component parts and examining alignment principles. Building a strong foundation will help facilitate a healthy practice and continued growth. All levels welcome.
Participants should bring their own mats and should be encouraged to bring any other props that will facilitate their practice such as blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps.
