As we age, we start to believe our bodies only have unhappy surprises for us, but this doesn’t have to be true. Frances leads an inclusive, step-by-step approach, using both chair and mat yoga, to keep our bodies - and minds - healthy and happy at any age. Modifications will be offered for every body, at every level ability, with a combination of chair and mat yoga. All are welcome!
