Gentle Yoga, with Joyce Brian, is a class for all levels. The emphasis is on breath with movement, basic poses, and alignment. It opens the body, breath and mind; increasing flexibility, balance, calmness and focus. You will need a clear space for a yoga mat, blanket or towel. Dress for motion and comfort.
