The Nathaniel Rogers House as we call it today was originally built in 1824 by Abraham T. Rose and was later given a major renovation by miniature portraitist Nathaniel Rogers in the 1840s giving it the prestigious Greek Revival look it has today. Many have lived inside the walls of this 200-year-old building – and perhaps some past residents still linger around. Join the crew of the Long Island Paranormal Investigators for your chance to be a part of a real paranormal investigation and see if anything really does go bump in the night!
This is not a spooky walk or haunted house with built in scares, these tours will be more akin to paranormal investigations as seen on TV shows like Ghost Hunters or Ghost Adventures. The tours will be 1 hour in length and there will be 3 groupings throughout the night starting from 7 to 8pm, 8:30 to 9:30pm and lastly 10 to 11pm. All guests will be required to sign a general liability waiver at the door and should expect to walk around in the dark, climb stairs and potentially stand for some longer periods of time, up to 20 minutes. If you plan to bring a guest under the age of 18 you must call in advance as they must either, be accompanied by a legal guardian to sign the liability waiver or we can email you one in advance for their guardian to sign for them.
