The Pollock-Krasner House and Study Center, a national landmark located in East Hampton, New York, is offering the second in a series of Global Creative Sharing and Zoom Tours on July 1, 2020 at 1 pm (Eastern Time (US and Canada).
Co-hosted by Joyce Raimondo, Education Coordinator, and Kathryn Jones, formerly with the UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations, participants worldwide are invited to attend this free event. During this live interactive program, the global community will be guided in a discussion of art displayed in Jackson Pollock and Lee Krasner’s home and an exploration of the barn studio filled with evidence of their masterpieces. The tour will be followed by worldwide creative sharing by people of all artistic disciplines. This session explores the theme of bold moves in creativity featuring Dan Welden who is renown for his innovative solar printmaking technique, artist David Ferry, who is President of The Royal Society of Painter/Printmakers, London, as well as other artists — all live on Zoom.
