Windmills of East Hampton
The tour takes visitors to see two iconic windmills, Pantigo built by Samuel Schellinger and Gardiner Mill by Nathaniel Dominy V, both in 1804. In addition, there’s an opportunity to go into the Gardiner Mill Cottage, which has been restored to its appearance in the late 19th century. Meet at 36 Main Street.
Tours are $12 per person for non-members and free for members. The tours in collaboration with the East Hampton Trails Preservation Society (EHTPS) are also free for their EHTPS members. (ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CHECKED)
