Inge Auerbacher was the last Jewish child born in Kippenheim, Germany, and survived the Holocaust as a young girl. Since 1981, she has spoken to thousands around the world about her experiences, promoting tolerance and human rights. Inge has been the keynote speaker for International Holocaust Remembrance at the UN and the Bundestag. Inge is the author of several award-winning books, including I Am a Star, and has been featured in media worldwide. She has received numerous honors, including the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, and her hometown now awards the Inge Auerbacher Prize for efforts in promoting tolerance.
