Marcel Dozier, a 1974 graduate of Southampton High School, received his education at Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. Throughout his career, he has had extensive experience as director of various organizations, strategist, and consultant. He now resides in Fairburn, Georgia.
