Celebrate the launch of Margaret Johnson's thirteenth cookbook, Festive Flavors of Ireland, with a holiday afternoon tea. A formal tea - sandwiches and savories, scones and fruitcakes, and traditional sweets - will be served, along with exciting new recipes to welcome the season. For a festive touch, patrons may bring their own teacups. A sparkling beverage will also be served, and Ms. Johnson's new cookbook will be available for sale and signing. This program is generously sponsored by The Friends of the Hampton Bays Public Library.
