Join Renato Stafford to learn what you can do with your seasonal harvest to preserve it for the entire year. Topics will include: canning foods, storing root vegetables, fermenting, freezing and dehydrating. During this class Renato will demonstrate how to can tomatoes, and make delicious crispy dill pickles. He will have healthy tasty samples for all participants, as well!
