This seminar provides a general overview of estate planning and covers the fundamental concepts of wills and trusts, intestacy, gift and estate tax planning, and special needs planning. We will learn about various types of trusts (including living trusts, life insurance trusts, foreign trusts and dynasty trusts), how to put property into a trust, and about incorporating reverse mortgaging into a retirement and estate plan.
