Lincoln Center Plaza Benefit for the Pearl at Morgan State University

Description:

The mission of the Patuxent Environmental and Aquatic Research Laboratory (PEARL) is to provide society with the knowledge to solve its environmental challenges through research, education, and economic development. This Lincoln Center benefit for the Pearl at Morgan State (HBCU extraordinary) will feature Carol Smith, an East Hampton, NY native and a coloratura soprano, and pianist Hyungjin Choi's from Astoria, New York on Sunday, September 24, 2023, at 2:30 in the afternoon.
The program will consist of pianist works from Thomas Wiggins (a blind enslaved gentleman), Monteverdi, Purcell, Handel, Beethoven, Strauss, Faure, and Bellini.
Our goal for the Pearl is $10,000.00. The Pearl is an amazing Historically Black College educationally marine center.
Please add your name and your guest to the reservation list, and we can collect donations at the beginning of the concert based on the name reserved. Donations are open.
