Which insect do you like best? Let’s examine some favorites: dragonfly, butterfly, moth, firefly, bee & ladybug. Let’s name the parts of the insect: abdomen, thorax, head, antennae, legs, wings. We will cut, bend and stack cardboard pieces and glue them into place to create our insects. We will paint our insect sculptures to give them color and we will add glitter and sequins to make them iridescent.
