Kimchi, made from vegetables and fermented over time, is a wonderfully healthy addition to your table, and can be enjoyed right away or stored to ferment for months. Either way, making it is easy and fun. Join the Peconic Land Trust for this workshop, led by community gardener Justin Ruaysamran and Garden Director Rick Bogusch. You’ll learn the easy steps to creating and enjoying your own kimchi and receive recipes to take home. For this hands-on workshop, bring your own quart-sized jar and a large spoon.
$20/person, $10/Bridge Gardens members. Space is limited, prepaid reservations required. Rain or shine.
