When our loved ones are struggling with mood disorders, family and friends suffer alongside them. The caregivers are typically the front line of support. That role can be all consuming with their own needs overlooked. This presentation will offer the most effective ways for caregivers to support their sufferers without sacrificing their own lives and sense of well-being. Presented by Tory Masters who has her own lived experience with a mental health disorder as well as her husband, Howie Masters, who has his own lived experience as a caregiver.
Hosted by the Rogers Memorial Library and The East End Mood Disorders Support Group.
