Naela of Naela’s Organics will return to cook up more healthy Mediterranean dishes including Cheese Boats with eggs and feta cheese served with hummus and tabbouleh salad, and Jordanian Hareesa (coarse semolina with sweet orange blossom syrup) for dessert. A tasting will follow.
