Join Licensed Clinical Social Worker and ecotherapy practitioner Aiyana Smith for a powerful presentation on the healing power of nature. Aiyana weaves together modern research and Indigenous wisdom to explore how spending time outdoors supports emotional wellness, reduces stress, and restores balance. This engaging Sundays at Two program will include an overview of the mental health benefits of nature, a grounding practice you can use on any hike, and space for reflection and discussion. Participants will walk away with simple tools to deepen their connection to the land—and themselves—during their weekly hikes and beyond. Meet at the Long Pond Greenbelt Nature Center, 1061 Bridgehampton/Sag Harbor Turnpike.
