“Stewards of the Earth: Faith in Action”-is the title of the talk the will be given by climate scientist Christopher Gloninger- Chris has earned three EMMYs, two NBC Gem awards, and two Wisconsin Broadcasters Association awards in recognition of his various news coverage throughout his career. Chris's 18 years as a broadcast meteorologist took him to stations across the country. He initiated the country's first weekly series on climate change. He currently serves as a Senior Scientist in Climate and Risk Communication at Woods Hole Group in Bourne, Mass. where he continues to contribute his expertise to the field of meteorology and climate science.
