Our Fabulous Variety Show is pleased to offer two Acro Dance Workshops on Wednesday October 26th at Project Most's community learning center located at the Most Holy Trinity School in East Hampton.
4:00-5:00pm Beginner Acro Dance for ages 5-8
This beginner level acro class will introduce dance technique with acrobatic and gymnastic elements. Students will work on their flexibility, balance, strength and coordination as well as learn various acro tricks with dancer and gymnast Tali Friedman!
5:00-6:00pm Intermediate/Advanced Acro Dance for ages 9+
This open level acro class will combine dance technique with acrobatic and gymnastic elements. Students will work on their flexibility, balance, strength and coordination as well as learn various acro tricks with dancer and gymnast Tali Friedman!
