Guided by Joyce Raimondo, Education Coordinator, this Zoom event will highlight Lee Krasner and other famous artists such as Henri Matisse, Frida Kahlo, Chuck Close, and others whose physical challenges sparked creativity and innovative adaptive processes. Then visitors will go on a live Zoom tour of Pollock and Krasner’s barn studio. Following, guest artist, Matt Raynor, a Hampton Bays resident, will share his evocative photographs that capture the natural beauty of the East End. Raynor will discuss his innovative use of technology to create drone photography following a spinal cord injury that has left him with permanent paralysis from the collar down.
