Fresno, one of East Hampton’s best kept secrets, offers a prix fixe nightly until 6:30 p.m. The menu is available all night Sunday through Thursday and from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The special menu features an appetizer and entrée for $30, plus tax and gratuity. Dessert is available for an additional $5. The selection, subject to change, includes:
