This is the first-ever fundraising screening event of ROCCO UP, by director John Madere and Ditch Plains Productions. Rocco is an autistic boy who has always loved being in the ocean. Over the years, surfing daily with his father, Ben Intonato, he develops confidence, grace, and remarkable balance on his surfboard. In Rocco Up, filmed entirely in Montauk, NY, unscripted interviews bear testimony to boundless family love, the stoke of community support, and the neuroscience behind our enchantment with water.
