Meet up for an 8am run in East Hampton with a group of friendly runners. Mileage varies, but routes are always adaptable. No rsvp required - just arrive ready to run. Pace depends on runners in attendance. Everyone welcome! Free parking, bathrooms and key-drop off. Please email jacqueline@projectmost.org to receive advance notice of routes and relevant info.
