In celebration of the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Big Read featuring Joy Harjo’s book of poetry An American Sunrise, the Rogers Memorial Library will be presenting the documentary Conscience Point. The 2019 film, set on Long Island, explores a generations-long clash of values between Long Island’s Shinnecock Indian Nation and their elite Hamptons neighbors.
