Let’s take a look at who’s living under the sea –whales, crabs, fish, seaweed! Learn how we can break these subjects down into simple shapes to draw. We will do some warm-up sketches and then put a final composition down onto fine watercolor paper. We will apply watercolor paint to add color and texture to our subjects. Learn to apply a watercolor wash. Notice what happens when you apply watercolor paint to wet paper. Notice what happens when you apply watercolor paint to dry areas of paper.
