Chat with and learn about police and their work; step into the Mobile Command Center; climb on a motor cycle or jump into a Police car; try on a floatation device and wander over to the Marine unit; get fingerprinted; and watch a demonstration by the K -9 Corps of Southampton, Southold, and Riverhead ( Canine demo at 11:30).
