Let's start laying down the foundation for any child's athletic future through MOVEMENT! Miss Rachel will teach the importance of exercise through fun drills, activities, and games. Movement promotes better mental and physical health, stronger bones, better sleep, improved academics, and boosts overall self-esteem. This is a drop-off class for children ages 6-10 years old. Please send your child in sneakers and sports clothes, with a water bottle.
