East End Food will host the Suffolk County Food Managers Course on Thursday, November 14 from 8:30am - 5:00pm at the Stony Brook Southampton campus.
The one day course and exam includes instruction from an approved program provider, and participants will learn to develop food safety plans to reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses in food service establishments.
Cost: $200.00 per person (printed course manual, morning & afternoon coffee, and mailed certificate included). You will receive an emailed invoice for payment within 2 business days following your registration.
