East End Food Institute will host the Suffolk County Food Manager's Training and Certification Course on Tuesday, April 19 from 8:30am - 5:00pm where participants will learn to develop food safety plans to reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses in food service establishments. This one day course and exam includes instruction from an approved program provider. Cost: $200 (includes lunch, printed course manual, and mailed certificate).
