Join music educator, Marlene Markard, for an engaging 6-week summer music program at LongHouse Reserve. In this inclusive, differentiated program, students will move, dance, sing, play instruments, play collaborative musical games, connect with nature, and engage in other teacher- and student-directed activities intended to build music literacy and deepen social-emotional, motor, and cognitive skills. The grounds of LongHouse offer a stunning setting for this inspiring program in which students learn at the intersection of music and nature. Each week is devoted to a different natural theme. This is a drop-off program, appropriate for children ages 5 through 7. Tuition is $450 (includes materials). Registration is required. Space is limited. To register, please call LongHouse at (631) 329-3568.
