Tai Chi combines balance training, inner and outer body strength, and mind focus, as well as providing a means to meditation and stress reduction. . Tai Chi is an internal martial art that channels inner energy.
Qigong ( pronounced Chee- kung) is an ancient Shaolin( Chinese) form of simple, easy to follow, exercises, that channel your own inner energy toward well-being and self-healing. Qigong provides the natural foundation for the integration of Tai Chi practice.
