For home celebrations, Chef Michael Rozzi does all the work. Thanksgiving To Go serves up to ten with plenty of leftovers for smaller gatherings. All that needs cooking is the 14-pound organic Amish turkey trussed with herbs and house spice blend, estimated 3 hours, with instructions and meat thermometer included. Five cooked and prepared sides, gravy, dinner rolls and dessert pies need only re-heating. Included are Chef’s sage and giblet gravy; brioche stuffing with sausage and golden raisins; cranberry-orange relish; pan-roasted garlic Yukon gold potato mash; southern style sweet potato casserole; roasted Brussels sprouts with almonds and lemon butter; and Tate’s apple crumb and pumpkin pies. The new for 2020 special package is $500 and must be ordered by Friday, 11/20 for pick-up either Tuesday, 11/24 or Wednesday, 11/25 from noon to 3:00 p.m.
