All that needs cooking is the 14-pound organic Amish turkey trussed with herbs and house spice blend, estimated 3 hours, with instructions and meat thermometer included. Five cooked and prepared sides, gravy, dinner rolls and dessert pies need only re-heating. Included are Chef’s sage and giblet gravy; brioche stuffing with sausage and golden raisins; cranberry-orange relish; pan-roasted garlic Yukon gold potato mash; southern style sweet potato casserole; roasted Brussels sprouts with almonds and lemon butter; and Tate’s apple crumb and pumpkin pies. The new for 2020 special package is $500 and must be ordered by Friday, 11/20 for pick-up either Tuesday, 11/24 or Wednesday, 11/25 from noon to 3:00 p.m.
