The exhibition will feature a spectacular array of rare classic cars from Bridgehampton's historic road racing days. Our host, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, is preparing a delicious brunchtime feast with a variety of sumptuous stations and passed plates. Including a seafood raw bar with oysters, shrimp, and crab claws, a crudo area featuring his signature crispy salmon sushi, fluke with habanero vinaigrette and tuna tartare, a hot-off-the-grill station with beef tenderloin, chili-garlic marinated chicken, BBQ baby back ribs and corn on the cob, an artisanal pizza station, lobster rolls, a cheese, charcuterie, and crudité station, pancakes and eggs benedict a-la Jean-Georges, and an over the top dessert bar!
For those who seek a refined sip, the Champagne Billecart-Salmon, Taub Family Selections, Chateau d'Esclans, and Mount Holly Beer will flow endlessly, and speaking of distinguished libations, an array of divine cocktails will be presented by Cincoro, The Macallan, and Drumshambo Gunpowder Irish Gin.
