East Hampton’s own Stacy Dermont, co-author of the bestselling cookbook and wine-pairing guide The Hamptons Kitchen, will sign copies of the updated, second printing of this popular foodie tome where it all began—Marilee’s Farmstand in Sagaponack, on the historic Foster Farm.

Released on April 7, 2020 and more recently, on December 18, 2023, The Hamptons Kitchen, co-authored with Bridgehampton’s Hillary Davis came out during the height of the pandemic, but this book is a worthy guide to everything local any time.
Additional signings are on tap at the new Barnes & Noble Bookstore in Bridgehampton on Saturday, January 6 at noon and at the Milk Pail Fresh Market in Water Mill on a February date to be announced. Events with the new East End Food Hub and with North Fork Chocolate Company, both in Riverhead, as well as Sage & Madison in Sag Harbor, are in the works—look for fun, cookbook-related events throughout 2024.
