Join us for a book-signing with our new member artist Stacy Dermont on Saturday, December 11, noon-4pm.
The Hamptons Kitchen (Norton) is Stacy’s first cookbook. It features over 100 North Fork wine and beer pairings alongside its original recipes. Inspired by the bounty of local farms and vineyards, Stacy co-wrote The Hamptons Kitchen with popular cookbook author Hillary Davis. Featuring a foreward by their dear friend Gael Greene, The Hamptons Kitchen is currently the top-selling regional cookbook in the Mid-Atlantic States. The books’ many color photographs of the East End were shot by Manorville’s Barbara Lassen.
The book is $30 and signed copies are available in the Guild’s gallery during business hours.
Now hailing from Sag Harbor, Stacy was born and raised in Northern Appalachia. Forever a farmgirl at heart, Stacy was the editor and food critic for Dan’s Papers, where she wrote the popular “South of the Highway” and “Hamptons Epicure” columns. She’s now at work on her second cookbook and on a novel set in Montauk.
